Dear Friends,

I have been debating for months now how I should best share the enclosed information with you. Because of the professional environment in which I practice, I was reluctant to give any perception of sales or of conflict of interest. But after knowing what I now know, I feel an ethical obligation to put this vital information in front of you. What you do with that information is completely up to you.
